Description
Hello, we are Kaatje & Sofie! We finish our masters in Agricultural sciences (Bio-science engineering) this year (in Leuven, Belgium) and this summer, we would like to get to know some agricultural systems around the world. We are creative, adventurous, like being outdoors and explore and learn about different cultures. We are new to Workaway and until now we have mainly travelled around Europe, but last year we went to Stellenbosch, South-Africa for six months and from there explored the rest of the country and Namibia and Botswana. We fell in love with travelling in Africa. Kaatje also went to Kampala, Uganda for two months for her master's thesis. We both have some volunteering experience in Belgium with organising youth camps.

We are both in our last year of our master in bioscience engineering (agricultural sciences - crop production). We are fluent in English and Dutch. We are very handy, creative, craftsy and energetic. We would love to help on a farm and are eager to learn new things about local agricultural practices.
