Description
Hello! We are a couple from Ontario, Canada currently working in hospitality in Scotland.
Seb is a professional chef with 15 years of experience. Dan has a Bachelor's in Business Management, specialising in policy and ethics, and has been bartending for five years.
We are looking to gain new skills, learn new things, and meet new people. In particular, we're interested in learning about market farming, homesteading, carpentry, foraging, masonry, pottery, and other handiwork.
We love animals, nature, music, food, and old architecture.
Both of us have travelled to various places in Europe. Seb has also travelled Chile, Argentina, Peru, Cuba, and Ireland, where he lived and worked for two years.
