Activities we are interested in:

Right now we are in Novi Sad, Serbia, and plan to go to Macedonia for some time befor meeting up with friend in Evia in Greece.

Description

We are traveling east to see how far we can get without a plane ! So far we mostly hitchhike but also walk, or take a bus, a train. We have a tent with us, but not many other things because we don't want to have heavy backpacks.
We like to hike and explore beautiful nature ; meet people and discover country's culture (so volunteering is a good way to do it!) ; Playing music or just... Play !
Before travelling I was working with children, making pedagogic workshops. Then I was traveling across France and doing woofing or work on other alternative projects. I particularly liked learning about plants and wild medicinal plants and building houses out of hay and clay.
I also hope that I could learn more about those topics during my travel and volunteering but I'm actually open to all topics ;)

Sebastian grew up in a French and German family, and practiced music at the regional conservatory in Toulouse from age 8 to 17. Then he went to a jazz faculty where he got a bachelor's degree. He took his flute on travel so he plays from time to time, but he also enjoys picking bass, his main instrument, guitar and piano. Although his studies pushed him towards jazz he's quit open minded about music, and he'd like to learn some traditional songs from different countries if he has the opportunity. He also like teaching music in a rather playful and relaxed way.
Beaides music, he also spent his childhood working in his family's garden, cutting wood, building shed to store wood, and he volunteered one week to build a house of hay and clays. At a festival in Serbia he took charge of the compost toilets, made a polinesian fire, and generally likes working with natural materials as much as possible.
Cooking is also an important aspect of his life. As he doesn't eat animal flesh, he gets quit inventive with the ways he prepares and cooks his food !
And he fluently speaks English German and French !
