Description
Hi, my name is Sabrina and I am a 24 years old half-german-half-kiwi. I work in environmental conservation (remotely at the moment) and decided that I wanted to spend the start of 2026 in Australia, so here I am, in Sydney for the month. Generally speaking I am my happiest when I am either travelling from one place to another, hiking or skitouring in the mountains or reading a really good book. Motivated by a great sense of curiosity and adventure I really enjoy making new friends, seeing new places and learning new things. I don't really have a plan for the coming months besides going with the flow. Would love to meet up with people along the way to embark on a few adventures, roadtrips, beachdays or even just a chat in a cafe.

I grew up speaking german and english and learnt spanish in school. I also worked as a private tutor for a few students while I was at Uni and mostly practiced their english with them. So, I have a fair bit of experience speaking, as well as teaching different languages. I am really keen on improving my Spanish and would also one day love to learn Korean.

Having grown up in the Alps in Germany and spending much of my free time engaged in outdoor activities, I am a very sporty and physically fit person, ready to get my hands dirty. Additionally, I am very sociable and enjoy diving into meaningful conversations, even with people I've just met. Furthermore, I recently completed my university studies in Geography, so I bring a wealth of IT and mapmaking skills to the table.
