Thanks for stopping by to read my profile. Here is a little about me. I am a passionate horticulturist and social service worker, with years of bartending and customer service work. I am hard working self -starter, who loves traveling and is excited to explore the world. I recently moved from Canada to the UK where I worked in various jobs in hostels, hotels and customer service roles. I have enjoyed great Workaways in Herrera and Frigilliana Spain assisting with gardening and DIY project. Had a wonderful Workaway month on the Inis Mor Island/Ireland, processing crab and working the food truck and had a great time with the locals. I have extensive experience in the hospitality, bar tending and serving, as well as gardening/landscaping, general maintenance and working with children. I am a great outdoor and nature lover and have many hobbies such as hiking, water sports, woodworking, home improvements and crafting. Always open to learning new things and meeting new people along my travels :-)

I am very versatile and have a strong work ethic. Gardening and landscape construction are a passion. I am very creative and also easily follow a plan set out for me. I love and have extensive experience in DYI projects like renovating bathroom, helping build extension, building fences, designing and installing interlocking brick pathways and flagstone pathways.

Cooking, cleaning, bartending, waiting tables with a focus on customer service and strong communication skills are also in my repertoire. I have worked in hospitality for 20 years

I am grateful to Su for her hard work and week's house-sitting for me. Sue reordered a lot of my orchard and garden and mowed, trimmed, pruned and strimmed the last winter's growth.
