Hello :) My name is Rae. I'm 22 years old and just finished my bachelor's degree in psychology in Berlin, Germany - and now, there is nothing I want to do more than go out and see the world.

I'm always eager to meet new people and learn new things and I get very enthusiastic about facing new challenges and situations. I'm also quite self reliant; while I love hanging out with others and getting to know them, I do fine on my own and don't require anyone to hold my hand all the time. I moved out of my parent's home early and have run my own household since, so I'm well aware of the responsibilities that come with it and have found myself to generally be very adaptable to all sorts of circumstances.

In my free time, I like to do photography, read, write, or hang out with people and explore the city. In Berlin, I had three guinea pigs whom I love dearly, and am a huge fan of animals in general, so I will be excited about any pets you might have :)

I have worked in a children's home for nearly two years now, where it was my job to look after children and teenagers aged four to 20 - that included practically all parental responsibilities; homework help, conflict resolution, keeping them clean, fed and entertained and raising them to the best of my abilities. Since I was working mostly alone with six to eight kids at a time, this job experience taught me a lot about taking responsibility and making my own decisions. So far, I've gotten along with every child I've had the honour to work with.
Prior to that, I've worked in both retail - selling art supplies and advising customers - and service, at an ice cream shop for two summers in a row as well as working bars at events and smaller festivals.

I have a driver's license and I'm fully vaccinated against Covid.

I'm good at photography and writing (of any kind), decent at cooking, playing the piano, babysitting, understanding and working with computers, editing photos or videos. I'm pretty good with technology and could definitely help you figure out your computer, phone or website as well as do promotional or personal photography :)

I have experience working with Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Premiere Pro as well as SPSS / PSPP and all common text editing softwares (Word etc.).

I have tutored children who struggle with German and English.
