Description
We travel with our daughter Mia (8yo) since she’s a baby. We also host at home some volunteers for language exchanges for more than 2 years. This is how we got the idea to volunteer ourselves. Last summer, we did a road trip in Italy only based on exchanges. Pierre, who is a film Director, offered some promotional videos and documentaries, Diane cooked for our hosts while Mia shared some fun time with our host’s children, teaching them some French and learning Italian at the same time. We loved this way of travelling and made so many friends who are now planning to visit us in France. Now we discovered how we can travel being helpful while making new friends, we want to keep travelling this way, which makes so much sense

Learning new languages is part of our daily life. For two years now, we welcome at home some foreign travellers for language exchange. We teach them French while practising and improving the native language of our guests. We also teach and learn languages when we travel. Thanks to this permanent dynamic, at only 8 yo, Mia is already almost fluent in Italian and pretty advanced in English. -
