Hello dear Workaway hosts,
we are Philipp and Ben Erik 🌍
We are two 18 year old friends from Germany who have just graduated from high school and now want to discover Europe - not just as travelers, but as part of the places we are visiting. It's important to us to lend a hand along the way, learn new things and get to know people from different walks of life.

Ben Erik has spent the last two years working in the trades alongside school and has also been involved in voluntary work. He is hands-on, empathetic and likes to tackle things where you can see what you have achieved at the end of the day.
I (Philipp) worked in the HR department during my time at school and i have a good feel for interpersonal situations, organization and structure. I am attentive, reliable and curious about new perspectives.

We are both open, social, committed and enjoy working in a team - whether outdoors in the fresh air or on tasks that involve communication and community. In our free time, we read a lot, are interested in new topics and enjoy good conversations.

We look forward to meeting people, learning from each other and giving something back with our energy and motivation. So if you are looking for two helping hands (or rather four!) with a positive attitude and genuine interest, we look forward to meeting you!
