I'm a 55 years old man living in Portugal. I've traveled for exactly 40 countries, most of them in Europe. No kids and a failled marriage allow me to dare for a 1 or 2 years experience living as a nomad. A farm in the countryside would be great for me, just working, reading, writting and walking around. That's what I've done in the last three months. Preference for vegan or vegetarian places.
