We are a British couple who have just completed 9 months of backpacking across Asia, Central and South America. We are currently in the UK and are getting ready for our next adventure starting December 2025. We love to travel to new interesting places, meet new people and experience new cultures. We have experience housesitting and volunteering for an animal shelter in Mexico.

Alex is a mechanical engineer and is therefore very hands on. Georgia is a nutritionist, foodie and loves to cook. We both love animals.

I have a BSC degree in Food science and Nutrition and currently on sabbatical from my food product development job in the UK. I am extremely skilled in cooking, food preparation, nutrition and recipe creation. I am certified for food preparation hygiene and safety with the Food Standards Agency in the UK.
