We are currently in South east Asia and will be travelling through Latin America in the coming months, so we have been trying to learn Spanish and are really keen to continue improving our Spanish.

I have a BSC degree in Food science and Nutrition and currently on sabbatical from my food product development job in the UK. I am extremely skilled in cooking, food preparation, nutrition and recipe creation. I am certified for food preparation hygiene and safety with the Food Standards Agency in the UK.
