Description

My name is Niccolò Angrisano, I am a 19 years old Italian guy and I am currently studying abroad at the University of Amsterdam, in the Netherlands. I am very solar, outgoing and I like challenges.
I am fascinated by the ground idea behind Workaway’s project because of the possibility of getting to know other cultures, habits and people different from me.
I’ve been traveling a lot in my life, and my intention is to never stop doing so, because this is what keeps me motivated in life. Moreover, I want to put myself out there and work hard, firstly to help people and also to benefit from every single experience I will live.
I love playing football, it has been the sport of my life for over 13 years now and I’m still fully enjoying it. It helped me a lot developing precious soft skills like leadership, cooperation and working with others in a competitive environment.
Music is also huge in my life. I have played the drums for 8 years and by doing so, I learned how to focus heavily on little things, how to fix small mistakes and always aim for the best possible outcome.

So far my working experience has not been very wide, since I have preferred to mainly focus on my studies, but I think it’s time for me to change that and broaden my knowledge.
My education is valuable. I am currently doing my first year at the University of Amsterdam, in the Business Administration bachelor, and I am loving it.
I own two high school diplomas, one received after completing 5 years of Italian Scientific High School in July 2024 (96/100) and the other one completed in July 2023 while I was living one year abroad in Winnipeg, Canada (final score greater than 90%).
My education helped me achieving C1 level in English and B2 level in Spanish, besides I am Italian native speaker.
During 2022, I joined Erasmus+ project for sustainability with my Italian school and other two (Portuguese and Austrian) and we stayed for a week in Valongo, Portugal, focusing on the primary causes of global warming, pollution and what can every one of us do to diminish our emission.
