Hello and welcome to our profile!

We’re Rayan and Natasha . Natasha grew up in Montreal, and Rayan introduced her to the beauty of nature, camping, and enjoying long nights under the stars.
We lived in the city for many years but quickly realized that we spent most of our free time escaping it: camping, climbing mountains, biking, and exploring the outdoors. Eventually, we decided to move to a smaller town.

We’re passionate about exploring and staying healthy. Over the years we’ve reduced processed foods in our diet by making our own staples — bread, yogurt, granola, and other homemade goodies.

Our dream is to build a homestead where we can grow our own food and raise animals. That’s why we’re here: we’re hardworking, creative, and eager to learn from people who are already living this way of life.

For us, this Workaway experience is also a chance to explore a new Canadian province (and maybe eventually move!) while taking steps toward our future homestead.
