  • Description

We’re Naji and Anum, a married couple who genuinely enjoy cultural exchange and meeting people from different backgrounds. Travelling together is our favourite way to learn how life works in different places and to be useful while we’re at it (not just “professional tourists”).

Naji works with website development, SEO, and digital support. He enjoys helping projects improve their online presence, streamline simple systems, and get found more easily online. He’s adaptable, solution-oriented, and comfortable supporting both on-site and remote digital tasks.

Anum is an ACCA-qualified accountant with experience in financial organisation, bookkeeping, and cost tracking. She also has a background in fashion design and a strong interest in interior design and aesthetics especially when it comes to guest areas, small spaces, and boutique environments where the details really matter.

Together, we offer a balanced mix of technical, financial, and creative skills. We’re especially interested in boutique guesthouses, lodges, and small businesses or creative projects where we can add long-term value (and maybe save you a few headaches too).

Clear communication and mutual respect matter a lot to us. We take commitments seriously, show up reliably, and aim to contribute thoughtfully wherever we stay. We’re happy in calm, quiet environments, but we also enjoy social settings where people share meals, stories, and good conversation.

More details about my language interests
Learning German is something we’re genuinely interested in, mainly so we can communicate more confidently in everyday situations (and not panic when someone speaks fast). Instead of formal classroom-style lessons, we prefer learning through daily life — casual conversations, shared activities, and cultural exchange. That’s how languages actually stick, at least for us. Corrections don’t scare us, we’re patient learners, and we’re always happy to practise in a relaxed way. If it turns into a good conversation over coffee or a shared meal, even better. We’re also glad to help others practise the languages we already speak.

Digital Marketing, SEO & Website Development. (Naji)

I have strong experience in website development, search engine optimization (SEO), and digital marketing. I help businesses improve their online presence so they can attract the right visitors and potential clients through Google and other search platforms.

    IN SIMPLE WORDS:
I can support hosts by redesigning or improving their existing website, making it more professional, user-friendly, and mobile-optimized. I also help structure websites properly so search engines can understand and rank them better.

A key part of my work is keyword research, where I analyze what people are actually searching for online and how a business can match those searches. I use advanced professional tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush to identify high-value keywords, search trends, and opportunities that competitors may be missing.

I also perform competitor analysis, which means studying similar businesses in the same area or industry to understand what they are doing well and where improvements can be made. Based on this, I can suggest clear and practical strategies to help a website move toward the first page of Google over time.

In addition, I can help with content planning, basic on-page SEO, and social media presence, ensuring that online platforms work together in a consistent and effective way. I work with a small team and can support both small improvements and larger projects when needed, depending on the host’s goals.

    Textile & Practical Experience.

Alongside my digital skills, I also have experience related to textiles and understand the basics of textile products, materials, and handling. I am comfortable learning hands-on tasks and supporting practical work when required.

I enjoy sharing my knowledge in a simple and practical way and adapting my skills to what the host actually needs. I am flexible, patient, and happy to contribute both digitally and practically, depending on the project and environment.

Accounting, Organisation & Creative Support (Anum)

Anum has a background in accounting and is comfortable supporting small businesses with financial organisation, basic bookkeeping, cost tracking, and keeping things structured and clear. She enjoys helping hosts make sense of numbers in a practical way, without overcomplicating things.

Alongside this, she has experience in fashion and leather-related work, including managing and understanding leather products, materials, and quality from a practical point of view. This gives her a good eye for detail, finishing, and presentation — especially useful for guesthouses, lodges, or small creative businesses.

She also has a strong interest in interior design and aesthetics and enjoys helping improve guest spaces, rooms, or common areas so they feel more welcoming, organised, and well thought out (sometimes small changes really do make a big difference).

Overall, she’s practical, organised, and creative — the kind of person who likes things to look good, make sense, and actually work… without turning it into a complicated project 😄

  • Age

    29 & 29

  • What else ...

In our free time, we enjoy simple and meaningful things like spending time in nature, walking, exploring new places, and learning about local cultures and traditions. Sometimes that means quiet moments, and sometimes it means long conversations — both work for us.

We enjoy sharing meals and spending time together over food (good food helps, but good company matters more 😄). Learning new things from everyday life is something we genuinely enjoy, whether it’s local customs, small practical skills, or just understanding how things are done in a different place.

We respect personal space and routines and are comfortable both spending time independently and being social, depending on the environment. We appreciate a balanced lifestyle built on kindness, respect, and clear communication.

Overall, we’re easy-going, adaptable, and try to bring a calm, positive energy wherever we stay — and if there’s a good laugh along the way, that’s always a bonus.
