Hello, I'm Lisa.
I grew up in the Ruhr area in the west of Germany, moved from Dortmund to Cologne to study dance and later to Freiburg to continue with the arts. I stayed in Freiburg for the last five years and really enjoyed the nature of the black forest. I have a great interest in understanding and experiencing how and what moves people and life. The fascination for movement, expression and the body in connection with environment accompany me in my life and as a dancer, dance mediator and community dance practitioner in my work in projects, courses and workshops with older people, primary school pupils (Montessori and free-democratic school), people with and without mental oder physical disabilities and in artistic-therapeutic collective. I like words and poetry and have a curiosity to combine dance and text and I am also a writing teacher. My passion for somatics has brought me to the Somatic Academy in Berlin. I enjoy being in the nature, have a curiosity about herbalism and medicinal herbs, like to listen and to learn (more), like silence very much and fine small things. I'm warm-hearted and attentive. The last years I have travelled a lot in relocations within Germany, the the biggest adventure abroad was in Jordan and I like to see and experience more of the (inner) world. I'm looking forward to new, enriching encounters!

Last year I spent a few months working in the marketing team at a biodynamic nursery (piluweri.de). I'm good at organising and I have a penchant for detailed work with an eye for the big picture. I'm gaining experience in permaculture. Since the beginning of June, I've been working on a permaculture farm near lake Vättern in Sweden (Mykinge Försöksgård), caring for animals, gardening, and temporarily house sitting.
I've got a lot of experience in working with people in the social and artistic field and can let creative ideas bubble up. Patience, curiosity and a quickly awakened enthusiasm are part of the package. :)

Mid-July 2024:
I have arrived at Christine's home and garden in Dalby. Christine will be my first workaway experience and the wonderful start to a backpacking trip through southern Sweden until the beginning of September.

And I… read more think you are a child's dream superhero in the best sense of the word, and certainly not just for your grandchildren. And when I look back in my memories of this summer, I see you, Christine, on the veranda with the apple basket out of the window and have very warm memories of that time with you.
It was a quick, spontaneous decision to do workaway with you for the first time and I am very grateful for this enriching and encouraging experience. I found you to be very warm-hearted, horizan realm, experienced in life, persistent, recognizing nature and humanity in many facets, clear, grateful and sustainable in the sense of including all components of nature and the garden and also appreciating the work created by your workawayers. It was nice to hear you saying very often how much you appreciate the work of your former workawayers. Your indian recipes have travelled as far as Freiburg and I am still so happy to be able to be as creative on the berry cake as I was on the preserves. You made me feel welcome and and then it started and it was first a search and find, which support seemed most suitable for you. During these days there were so many intelligent conversations and lots of laughter, thoughtful moments in relation to politics, world events, the immediate environment, Swedish mountains and landscapes, health and life perspectives. I got to know the ecovillage, Lund on an excursion and the nature reserve on a walk together. And we had delicious refreshing water at a small lake in Blekinge and an adventure with the tent between Karshamn and Karlskrona. I am very grateful for this trip and the mushroom-prizeberry-Ronja the Robber's Daughter nostalgia-like-from-a-picture-book atmosphere. I am very happy about the joint wood-chopping activity, which made me experience something more practical than I had previously dared and I hope the wood will keep you warm for a long time to come. At least this winter.
We pruned the lilacs together and hung the veranda around the cherry tree and created a hanging structure for the bush beans in a bed. I harvested currants and gooseberries, weeded, mowed the lawn, weeded, tidied and cleaned Christine's car and put the paint bucket cellar in order.
I ate the best mildly salted butter of my life at your place and learned that "Tack for maten" is very popular, that Swedish coffee is strong and stimulates the circulation and learned (and assisted - mostly by finding, not killing) there aren't enough nasty snails that eat everything in the garden.
Through you and the poet Edith Södergarn I got to know my first three favorite Swedish words (Lyckotråd, Varagens Papperslapar and Solskensurud, very useful in everyday language use :)).
Lyckotråd....This word became like a thread from Dalby into my heart adventures through Sweden and describes the time with you very well.
