Greetings to you

This is Jesse, a 28yo free spirited, peace loving dude from Finland, currently working over the summer back home in a camping site reception until the end of October 2026

Ever since I quit my job in a hectic restaurant some years back I've been travelling around Europe doing voluntary work here and there for over 2 years now.

I've taken care of horses, chickens and a small garden in the heartlands of Germany, hand fed pigs in an animal rescue shelter in Ireland, worked with inspiring teenagers in a boarding school in northern Denmark and supported migrants during their first steps towards their new lives in Portugal. The story continues...

This nomadic volunteer life has suited me really well and I find it constantly inspiring to make some positive impact during my travels rather than just being a regurlar tourist with a rush to see and do without understanding further.

As a person I'm very relaxed and diligent at the same time. I work hard and accordingly and if being part of a team I proactively help others. The people that know me say that I spread my calming energy to others as well. I love reading stuff combined with a morning walk in the woods as well as writing my notebook and poems whenever I get a chance and some quiet time, Mother Nature being my biggest inspiration.

On the contrary I also really enjoy sticking both of my hands to the mud so to speak. Seeing the actual difference that I'm making and helping with my hands and feet actively. I happen to be 1,93 m tall so if there's something high on the shelves etc. I might be able to help with that.

I'm a nonsmoker and since starting to do sports regurlarly rarely drink any alcohol either. I prefer vegan/vegetarian food. Doing sports and exercising is a grounding lifestyle and mindset for me and something I would love to share with others as well during my travels. Lately I have gotten interested to learn about circus acrobatics and juggling as well.

I think we should definitely plan something together!

Cleaning up and setting things in order is fluent for me. I like keeping things tidy in my surroundings. If you got any messy storages or closets out there, I'm definitely your guy.

I'm pretty good with animals and have worked around, dogs, cats, chickens, guinea pigs, sheep, horses, cows, goats, pigs and more...

My previous work history is within customer service field. I am flexible and get along with different people fluently.

I'm also not afraid of physically demanding active work. I do sports regurlarly so I enjoy working with my full body daily.
