Nature and animal lover, supporter of the permaculture movement, natural gemstone jewelry artist, amateur photographer, cyclist.
I grew up in a small town in Croatia with my parents who are farmers. I love gardening and taking care of animals. I spent 6 years living in an Eco art center in Istria, Croatia, helping with gardening and building of earth homes. I have some experience in building and using power tools. I'm also very artistic and love painting and refurbushing furniture and redecorating, creating ornaments and useful items from recycled materials.
I love to cook and eat good and healthy food made from local produce. It would be my pleasure to occasionally prepare some meals that are very common in my country 🙂
I have work experience in hospitality as a receptionist and housekeeper and can offer help in a hotel, hostel or b&b.
I have many skills to offer, and if anyone is interested to learn my language I would be happy to help with that as well 🙂
I live an alternative spiritual lifestyle and am a Level 2 Reiki practitioner. I dabble in Crystal healing and a bit of astrology. I'm a big supporter and practitioner of natural healing remedies and love to make tinctures from healing plants and other remedies, or pick plants to dry for tea. Interested in learning to make natural cosmetics, soaps and candles.
Currently traveling in Ireland, which was my lifelong dream. I would love to explore the local sights and learn more about Ireland and the culture of it's people. I would especially love to find alternative communities that create a different kind of life compared to the norm and help them build their dreams.
My dream is to one day have a piece of land of my own where I'd create a sustainable homestead for myself, and also an art and healing center to welcome travellers from around the world 🙂
I am open to all kinds of new experiences and look forward to meet new people and their communities.
So far worked in 5 Workaway estates. Currently volunteering for 9 months in a beautiful Victorian house with a gorgeous garden in Ballynaboll, gardening, taking care of the house and dog and a horse, painting everything that needs to be painted and in my free time making jewelry 🙂
