  I have a house that I am just finishing building. Kitchen has a propane stove, a 12 volt refrigerator, (the house is off the grid, electricity is by solar panels and batteries. running water; bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. double bed, insect screens . I pay for basic food

  Internet is available through TIGO on your cell phone, I have wifi at my main house that can be used. Time off: explore Cayo Quemado and the Rio Dulce canyon by launch, kayaks, rowboat. Several local restaurants/ bars, accessible only by boat. There are no roads down here. Resort with ziplines is 20 minutes away by boat.

  Maximum 4-5 hours a day, 5 days a week. Hours after 4 -pay is 30 quetzales an hour, which is what my skilled local workers make.
