Hello everyone! My name is Marina, and I’m an Italian girl. I love traveling and discovering new cultures. Over the past five years, I’ve lived in Poland, Greece, and Mozambique, as well as, of course, Italy. I came back from Mozambique less than two months ago, after spending a year there, and it was a wonderful and very enriching experience. I’ve long dreamed of experiencing life in Berlin, and I’m sure this is the right time to do it!
I’m a sociable, curious person who is always eager to learn, with clear ideas about what I want in life. I enjoy meeting new people and listening to their stories. I like discussing deep topics such as ideals, politics, justice, and the world around us. At the same time, in everyday life, I’m a very lighthearted and silly person (only when you get the chance to know me better). My friends say these two sides coexist quite well within me.
In general, I’m not very good at introducing myself, especially when I have to write something about me, but I hope these words give you an idea of who I am.

I hold a degree in Psychology and have years of experience working in social contexts such as refugee camps, anti-violence centers, communities for eating disorders, shelter homes, and rehabilitation clinics for mental health. I would be happy to share these experiences.
I’m also very skilled at cooking, which is my greatest passion. It would be wonderful to teach some of my recipes and, at the same time, learn traditional dishes from other countries. There’s always something new to learn!
I have previous experience working with children, and I’m comfortable with all kinds of household task from cleaning and tidying up to general maintenance.
Overall, I’m someone who likes to get involved and challenge myself. If there’s something I don’t know how to do, I’m always happy to be taught!
