Hello! 😊 I'm Marie, a curious traveler with a love for new experiences. I studied neuroscience, and have worked in many different fields—from social media management in a bouldering gym, to customer service (hospitality) and even farming! 🌱 Each experience has taught me something new, and I love learning and adapting to new challenges.

I love rock climbing, hiking, snowboarding and yoga 🏔️✨. Pushing my limits, exploring new places, and staying active is what makes me happiest. These activities have taught me resilience and the joy of stepping out of my comfort zone.

Creativity is also a big part of my life! 🎨
I enjoy drawing, painting, dancing, and writing. It’s a way to express myself and feel free. I also love cooking and sharing meals with others, especially my favorite dish, ceviche! 🍽️

Japanese culture has fascinated me since childhood, and now I’m living my dream on a Working Holiday Visa in Japan! I’m excited to discover the country’s traditions, beautiful landscapes, and amazing food. I know this journey will have its challenges, but I’m ready to embrace every moment with an open heart and a big smile! 😊

I’ve been lucky to gain a lot of experience in hospitality and customer service while traveling the world! 🌍 From working in restaurants in France, as a waitress and housekeeper in an English hotel, to being an all-rounder in Australia and even volunteering in a beautiful eco-lodge in the Thai jungle—I’ve loved every part of it!

I also worked as a community manager at a busy bouldering gym 🧗‍♀️, where I handled social media, events, and customer engagement. This helped me develop digital communication skills, creativity, and problem-solving while making real connections with people.

I had the amazing experience of working in agriculture in Australia 🚜🌱, where I learned about fruit & veggie farming, cattle work, and maintenance. It was such a rewarding experience, and I met incredible people along the way!

Right now, I’m in Japan on a Working Holiday Visa, and it has been an amazing experience! I’ve worked in a brewpub in Appi Kogen, helping out in hospitality (bartending, kitchen hand, housekeeping)🍻, and I also joined a project in Kagawa, where I helped renovate old houses and cooking for big groups ! I even gave English lessons to the local community!

With all these experiences, I feel ready for anything! 💪
I love helping out in hospitality, farming, gardening, taking care of animals, and organizing events. I’m adaptable, eager to learn, and always up for a challenge!✨
