We are a young couple willing to discover the world. We both believe that the best way to do it is to live among the population and its culture and by helping whoever needs it.
Ambre : I've already spent a year abroad in Australia on my own and would love to travel more. I'm an animal lover (10 years as an equestrian) and always happy to lend a hand, must it be DIY or more 'classical' tasks. My other hobbies can be unexhaustively reduced to music, series and books. I might appear a bit shy and closed off but I'm a real yapper if we discuss any topic of interest.
Marianne : I have always been travelling a lot, including Ireland, Mongolia, Japan, and many more. Plus, I really enjoy meeting new people and discovering new cultures. And despite being shy, I am too curious to decline a discussion about any topic! Although being a tourist holds its share of advantages, volunteering may be a good way to immerse oneself in a culture. Moreover, such an experience may be valuable given my wish to study abroad. As a nature lover, I am interested in both terrestrial and marine biodiversity (scuba diver for 10 years).

Talking about hands-on competencies, we must honest that we do not have much experience but we are fast learners (Ambre has some years as an equestrian and Marianne loves creating things on her own with whatever comes under her hands). But if you are searching for micropipette handling and dilutions, we are your guys!
For Ambre, she worked about 4 months as a waitress in a restaurant during her stay in Australia.
As for Marianne, she loves to lend a hand to small stores around her (library, thrift store and jewellery designer) and she supervised young scubadivers.
