Hi, I’m Marco, 20 years old, and I’m seeking my first Workaway experience. I love traveling, meeting new people, and discovering different cultures. I’m in Italy now, but hope to leave soon!

Hello! My name is Marco , I am 20 years old, and I have a deep passion for travel and cultures.
I enjoy meeting new people, exploring new places, and immersing myself in local traditions. I am also highly motivated to improve my language skills, particularly in English and Spanish, as I believe this will enable me to communicate more effectively during my travels and in my work experiences abroad.
I have a background in hospitality, having attended a hospitality school, and I have also completed a business accounting course, which has provided me with a strong foundation in both the food and beverage industry and administrative management. I have gained valuable experience working as an animator, bartender, and waiter, which has allowed me to develop excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team. However, I am very open to learning new roles and embracing different challenges.

I'm a pretty energetic and adaptable person, with a mix of experiences like being an entertainer, bartender, and waiter. These roles have really helped me get good at connecting with people. I’m great at staying calm and working well under pressure. I have a positive attitude that helps me fit into new environments easily and handle change with a proactive mindset. I'm used to working in teams, managing my time, and staying organized, and I’m always open to learning new things and taking on new challenges.
