I am an (analog) nomad who has spent the last years living between Italy, the UK, Japan, Hungary, Germany, and Canada. I quit my job as a university researcher and professor in cultural heritage to travel solo through Central America and explore new ways of living and connecting.
I am curious about everything that shapes culture, especially history, archaeology, art, music and musical instruments. I am a city fellow with recurrent needs for nature, and I go hiking in mountains and forests or scuba diving as often as I can.
I have previously volunteered with an environmentalist association and care deeply about climate change. I have also volunteering experience in tour guiding.

- I have developed teaching, communication, and research skills through my years in academia. While I have mostly worked with adults, I also have experience engaging with school children.
- I have gained experience in raising public awareness about environmental issues.
- I have experience in tourism: I hold an official tour guide license and have worked with travelers from diverse backgrounds and age groups; I am also an experienced hiker and a certified scuba diver (Advanced Open Water, Deep, and Nitrox).
Beyond what I already know, I am genuinely eager to learn new skills, both from people and from nature. In return, I can offer reliability, adaptability, honesty, clear communication, and attention to detail.
