My friends describe me as outgoing. I'm a people person who cares more about making connections for life rather than checking off as much places as possible.
I'm a bottomless barrel of wanting to learn and discover new things, people and places. Getting to know different cultures and people, and learning from them, is what drives me to travel!

More details about my language interests
During my studies, I've lived in Mallorca for one year. I've learned some Spanish there, but mostly we spoke English among international students and so I haven't practiced that much, which I think is a pity. That's why I went to Costa Rica for 3 weeks to a language school, but I feel like the best way to learn is to be among locals, which is why I want to go back to Central America asap: to improve my Spanish! Meanwhile, I am online learning Classic Ararbic and Moroccan Darija. Although I have never taught a language, my proficiency is English is good enough to teach I assume.

I studied Tourism and Leisure Management, and Business Administration with Sustainability Management as specialization. After my studies I worked has a data analyst for one year for the Flemish Government, but that's rather my professional experience. Other experiences, more adventurous would be:
- 3 months of harvesting asparagus on a farm in Belgium
- 2 weeks of volunteering on a farm on the Big Island of Hawaii, where most of the tasks were digging out and moving big lava rocks and planting cacao trees
- 2 weeks of Wwoofing on a dairy farm in Kauai where I learned to milk cows and goats, and did some construction tasks as the owners knew I was very interested in learning more about construction
- currently I am Wwoofing again on another farm in Maui where I've been weeding most of the time

In Belgium, I work on and off as a circus trainer/coach at Circus Zonder Handen; an organisation that organises workshops, (street) events, camps etc. for both children and adults, located in 9 vulnerable quarters in Brussels. I mostly teach silks, trapeze and acrobatics :)

I absolutely love my creative hobbies which are sewing, making jewelry with beads and shells and painting!
