I am a Spanish teenager and I have just finished my Highschool, but I have decided to go on a gap year before entering the University physics' degree. I am currently living in Ireland along with my family and I am working in a burrito restaurant to make some cash to try and get a Work and Holiday Visa in New Zealand. My family has been a Workaway host for almost ten years by now (Check them out if you would like to go to Spain:https://www.workaway.info/en/host/451223745235), and I wanted to get the other side of the experience and see what it is like to take on this kind of challenges. I love travelling, especially for gastronomy, wildlife and meeting new people from all ages, and I would love to try any kind of experience.

More details about my language interests
I love learning new languages, especially from native speakers. I would love to get to know more Romanic languages similar to Spanish, improve my english pronunciation, my german overall or to discover a new language that blows my mind. And I would love as well to teach somebody one of my own.

I have some experience of what's like doing a Workaway since I have helped my family in lots of tasks that the workawayers also helped with: Manual labour, such as wood carving, building small structures with concrete and carrying rocks and bags. I have also worked in a summer camp, so I have experience with kids, and dealing with logistics. Likewise, I am quite good with computers and chess, I help at home with all kind of housework and I especially love cooking. I am also eager to learn new things in any field.

What else ...

I used to go to judo classes and I am almost black belt, but I really enjoy any kind of sports, especially if they are intense. I like board games, especially roleplaying games (such as DnD) and chess. Currently, I am learning to play the guitar and I plan to study physics, which, alongside maths, are also one of my passions.
