Hello!
My name is Lizzy, and I am from Canada.
I am 23 and have just graduated from university with a degree in dental hygiene. I love to learn, whether it's learning new skills, new languages, or about different cultures. Understanding the impact of my actions and efforts motivates me to continue to do good work, and I am inspired by other passionate people! I am happiest when I'm outdoors, I love to hike, wander, really any adventure! I also love being social and meeting new people; it is such a gift to meet and connect with other amazing humans! -

For the past four summer seasons, I have worked at a backcountry hiking lodge in the Rocky Mountains. My position has always been on the service team. My roles have consistently included housekeeping, serving, and nannying my boss's young daughter, she's almost 3 years old! A big component of this job was building relationships with the guests who stayed at the lodge. I am incredibly passionate about meeting new people and forming new connections. I can work well and efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
I worked as a cleaner for 6 months as well. So my housekeeping skills are quite stellar!
In addition, I have volunteered with multiple organizations to provide oral health education to young students and people living with disabilities. Therefore, I have some experience with building lesson plans and providing teaching within a classroom setting. -
