Additionally, I have 5 years of experience caring for children, which has strengthened my patience, adaptability, and ability to create a positive, nurturing environment. Ross - Currently a barista in Banff, Canada I have strong experience in coffee and cafe work as well as over 8 years of diverse hospitality experience, I've managed multiple fast-paced restaurants and gained barista experience. My background in hospitality has strengthened my customer service skills, team management abilities, and commitment to operational excellence. In addition, I have 5 years of expertise in warehouse management, where I've demonstrated strong organisational skills and proficiency with IT systems to optimise efficiency.
