  • Description

I consider myself like a fine matured wine. With life’s experiences and time I continue to get better and better! In everything I do, I bring the rich nuances of a life lived with intention, compassion, and curiosity to every home, community, and project of which I devote my time. As a lifelong writer shaped by my parent’s love of storytelling, I recently completed my Bachelor’s degree in the studies of Applied Positive Psychology, Leadership & Communication, and Behavioral Science and Social Services. I’m traveling throughout the year to deepen my personal and professional experiences. My journey includes volunteering with an animal sanctuary in Australia, a senior care center, and communities where I can practice the principles of positive psychology in real, meaningful ways. My future goal is to begin my Master’s in Applied Positive Psychology in the Fall of 2026 where I will take my degrees and experiences while applying them toward ultimately mentoring at-risk youth through the methodologies of wilderness therapy.

For more than eight years, I have lived a nomadic, minimalist lifestyle while managing full‑time homes and pet care. I have earned over 130 five star reviews while caring for 169 dogs, 74 cats, 2 Nigerian Dwarf Goats, 13 horses, 1 donkey named Burrito, 1 rabbit, 2 guinea pigs, birds, 9 hens, 11 chicks, 1 duck, 1 South African frog, Koi, and saltwater and freshwater fish tanks, and volunteering with an animal rescue sanctuary.

My experience spans managing homes across diverse environments, from luxury estates to off‑grid cabins. Having been entrusted to care for families, animals and pets as though they were my own. In addition, providing meticulous stewardship of each and every home. I have managed property logistics, coordinated real‑estate transitions, overseen maintenance personnel, and handled emergencies with calm confidence. As a homeowner myself, and as the longtime “sidekick” to my husband in home repairs, I bring practical skills, reliability, and a deep respect for the spaces entrusted to me.

Before my nomadic life chapter, I spent many years as an International Flight Attendant, a role that shaped my global perspective and my ability to adapt gracefully to any environment. Serving the airline industry fueled my passion for travel, from camping in a yurt on dormant volcanic lava fields to finding spiritual quiet in rainforests and waterfalls. I believe every sunrise and sunset is a one of a kind masterpiece, and every place I have visited has offered me something to cherish. This experience gave me:

💥A deep appreciation for new cultures, traditions, and ways of life.
💥A natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
💥A strong foundation in customer service, hospitality, and communication.
💥A genuine curiosity about the unique attributes of each country I visit.

My personal core beliefs guide me in everything I do. I have never wavered believing that people are essentially good, humanity toward one another is vital, and we do not walk this world alone. My self inscribed life motto, “We do not do this world alone; hold out your hand and I will help you up,” reflects my purpose: to advocate for those who cannot speak for themselves, to offer kindness freely, and to bring warmth, steadiness, and joy into the lives of others.

As your Workaway volunteer, I offer:

    💥Exceptional home and property care.
    💥Deeply loving, experienced animal care.
    💥A calm, positive, grounded presence.
    💥Strong communication and reliability.

I am committed to enriching each Workaway experience by approaching every opportunity with openness, and a willingness to learn. I will support your needs, your mission, and your community goals. Whether that means caring for animals, helping with home projects, supporting eco‑initiatives, assisting with hospitality, or contributing to cultural, educational, and wellness focused programs. I am in my element when I am contributing to something meaningful, and helping others feel supported. I will treat each opportunity with devotion and respect.
