Hello everyone, my name is Katell, a name of Celtic origin but I'm French. Perhaps because of my roots, I've always favored a lifestyle open to the world, languages, travel and learning. I worked for several years in corporate communications, but decided to make a radical life/ career change by becoming a freelance hiking and biking guide and translator. I've also taught French for Berlitz during the Covid crisis, worked as a cook's helper for cookery courses in Germany and so on. My base is currently Lisbon, Portugal, but because of my job I'm practically nomadic for 6 months of the year. I have very positive experiences in volunteering in different countries (wwoofing) and am always on the lookout for new encounters and experiences. I communicate in French, German, English, Portuguese, Spanish, Italian and Dutch but I am eager to learn more languages! I look forward to meeting you or supporting your project!

As a nature lover I could support any gardening or farming project, take care of animals, do some simple repairing tasks at home. I am also capable of teaching and dealing with any kind of customers in the hospitality industry or elsewhere. I am a polyglot, tech-fan, a professional translator, tour guide and a quick learner, so basically I would consider any mission with curiosity.
