Description
Hi all! Julia here from the UK. I'm a friendly, sociable and conscientious Biomedical Engineering graduate with a strong interest in sustainability. I love meeting new people, and both sharing and learning new skills. Having lived in Spain, Belgium, and France, I'm always looking to discover new cultures. In my free time I like to spend time outdoors; hiking, runnning, climbing, or reading on a rainy day!
I'm currently in Canada on a working holiday and looking to do 2 weeks of workaway on the West Coast this summer.Interests

More details about your skills
My WWOOFing experience on small-scale organic farms in the UK and France has given me hands-on skills in gardening, including planting, weeding, and harvesting vegetables, fruits, and herbs. I also have practical experience with eco-construction, specifically yurt assembly and eco-toilet design and construction. I'm always eager to expand my knowledge in these areas.
Beyond farming, my Biomedical Engineering studies have equipped me with a solid engineering foundation and strong digital technology skills that I'm happy to share and apply where useful.
Furthermore, my time working at kids summer camps and junior athletic camps means I'm confident and enjoy helping with children, bringing a patient and engaging approach.Age
