Hi there! My name is Judith, a 28 years old who is passionate about expanding her heart and mind to different perspectives. Travel taught me this, and I quickly became attached to adventure.

I love romantisicing my life because life is beautiful, indeed. Being closer to nature - spoiler: we are nature - makes me happy and calm. Astrology is one of my passions as well as guiding others to connect to their inner power.

I am originally from Barcelona, but I left her when I was 18 years old and never came back. I have been following what, back then was my dream: being a professional footballer.

Since 2023 I felt an inner shift that begs me to feel alive and live the beautiful journey we have been given. So, here I am on a mission to open my heart to the fullest, to continue expanding my mind to different perspectives and to feel back in love with life ✨️

I left home when I was 18, opportunity that helped me shape the mature, empathic, independent, and self-sufficient woman I am today.

I have experience working with tourism, team management, language teaching, outdoor activities for kids, finance and administration.

Holistic coaching is the base of my job. Studied International Business with a minor in French in the past, and currently studing astrology. Fact that makes me extremely interested and leaned to involve in practices that helps me cultivate mindfulness.

My love language is cooking and I very much enjoy it as my time for meditation. I have worked in women's retreats being the cook who provided a personalized menu - based on the energy of the event.

I have some coaching experience, but I am now putting my focus on a personal project that will help me build my own brand and give out a message to the world that of: the truest power comes from within.
