Hospitality Natural:
I have been working in various hospitality jobs, including hotels, supermarkets and Disneyland! With a varied background in hospitality and customer-facing roles, I’m quick on my feet, hard-working, and naturally welcoming to guests.
Culturally Adaptable: I've been to all balkan countries and most of the europe, and also most of the SEA. Having navigated dozens of countries on my own, I am independent, proactive, and easygoing in group settings.
Strong Communicator: I am a Psycology major which I'd be able to handle guest inquiries or minor misunderstandings with patience, empathy, and a calm, professional demeanor (same as how I treat my consuelling clients!!).I thrive on active listening, empathy, and making host teams and guests feel right at home. -
