We are a couple who have worked in the hospitality sector for 12 years. Within this time we have learnt skills of adaptability, stamina, punctuality and organisation. We have worked with coffee and local ingredients in England and Wales.
We both enjoy being outdoors, connecting with people and giving back to nature.
Jade has an undergraduate and masters in Health/counselling and psychotherapy and has volunteered with animals and children.
Josh has volunteered with sports coaching at local teams in his hometown and enjoys all sorts of sports such as football, rugby, hiking. A very extensive knowledge of food and drinks after managing several restaurants and bars and loves to learn about the processes of all products such as coffee and wine.
