Hello, we are Jordan and Zach, lovely to meet you!
We are both New Zealander's who moved to Australia and are now beyond excited to be travelling around Central America in 2025. We visited Mexico in 2022, and fell in love with the vibrant culture and ever since we have been dying to get back to Latin America and explore the surrounding countries.
We are both laid back people that love to try new things and meet new people. We love swimming, hiking, food and good company. We could spend all our time in nature at the beach.
We are animal lovers! We both volunteer with an animal rescue here in Australia, where we foster stray and homeless dogs until we are able to find them their forever home. We have had over 15 dogs live with us over the last two years. We provide them with food, shelter and a lot of love.
Jordan is a lawyer and has excellent administration, computer and people skills, she has also run different social media pages such as for her firm. Zach is a pool-builder and plasterer and has many hands-on skills. We both love to garden, stay active and explore our wonderful planet.

Zach works as a pool builder, but he has also worked as a plasterer and carpenter. Zach is a great handy-man and is regularly fixing up things around our house. Zach has experience building fences, landscaping, repairing houses inside and out. He loves to get stuck in and get his hands dirty.
Jordan works as a personal injury lawyer and has a lot of experience with computers and administration. Part of her role involves being empathic and prepared to help anyone that comes through the door. She also has experience with social media, running pages for a firm.
In our spare time, we are obsessed with animals. We both volunteer with an animal rescue which involves fostering dogs until they find their forever home. We have had over 15 dogs in the last couple of years ranging from 6 weeks old to 15 years old. We have an abundance of experience with dogs including feeding, walking, grooming, teaching them tricks and how to behave appropriately, socialisation and vet work. We also both grew up taking care of cats and turtles.
We have recently re-designed and landscaped our garden by ourself, we also enjoy gardening and have a flourishing vegetable garden. We own our own home and enjoy keeping it clean and tidy but it is old and requires regular up keep which means we have extensive experience in painting, plastering, installations and general maintenance.
