Hi I'm Jeanne, I'm 19 years old student and I love learning new things and meeting new people. It's my first workaway experience, and I'm excited at the idea of travelling while talking with new people and helping others in projects or daily life, because I think it's a adventurous and mindful way to discover another country.

I'm a creative person. In my free time I love to write, crochet, and also cooking, especially baking. I like to have free-time to read and write, because I'm quiet introspective and I need quiet time. However I also like to chat and share activities and projects with people, especially my family and friends but also new encounters, and visiting new places. I like hiking, and being in nature, because I live in a big town so going to the countryside is always delightful for me.
I also do yoga several times a week for six years.

I'm used to live with my family, and I love it. I have younger siblings and I often took care of them when they were younger, and now I have a good relationship with both of them.

I'm vegetarian because I stand up for animal rights and environmental protection. However I'm flexible and I can cook my own meals. I'm interested in vegetarian cooking and local food in general, because I like to learn new recipes.

More details about my language interests
I'd like to improve my english. I'd like too to learn new languages that I don't speak yet, especially german. I can teach you french, and so improve my teaching skills. I already did tutoring for american children is US last summer, during a one month trip at my aunt's.

I can help you in most of the household chores - cleaning and tidying up the house, walking and feeding the pets, and above all cooking. If you have children, I can take care of them, and I would enjoy to play with them, reading them stories and talking with them. I already worked with toddlers, during a work experience placement in high school.

I don't have big skills in gardenning, but I'd love to learn.

I'm able to learn quickly new skills and I have a good adaptability. I can also teach you skills I already own, especially my language. Indeed I study litterature and history to become later a teacher.

What else ...

It's my first workaway experience, but I already did a long trip alone in the United States. I stayed for one entire month at my aunt's that I didn't know very well before, and that was an amazing experience to discover a country and a culture while building a relationship with somebody.
