Description
Hello, my name is Denisa but most people call me Deny. I’m 21 years old artist from Czech Republic currently travelling wherever my wandering shoes takes me. I'm travelling for almost two years and thank to that I was part of amazing project all over the world. I learn a lot about gardening when I was living in Tenerife trying to restore a fruit forest. I was living off grid learning from a amazing family. I was part of art projects like making a mosaic floor and painted a wall with my art. I made a many crochet project and so much more. I was also part of 10 days meditation course in Spain. This year in February I started
my journey in Spain hitchhiking the coastline to Portugal. After that I bought a ticket to Iceland and spent there 8 months working and volunteering. I worked on a yoga retreat where I was helping with organisation, cleaning and cooking delicious vegan meal. Also part of my work was learning about carpentry, renovating a house with many wonderful people. My journey has been magical so far. I learned so much from people and also about myself. I was able to share my skills and knowledge and I'm excited for what comes next.
Since I was a child a big part of who am I is art. I graduated high school with degree in graphic design. I have my film camera I take everywhere. Making a mixed media photos. I also paint, crochet and knit. I would love to deepen my knowledge about fibre art. I write, especially poetry and I love literature.I think art is something very natural for human beings.
I connect with my body through dance and yoga. I practice yoga for many years but recently I started to go more deep into my practice and I would love to learn more. I'm also interested in holistic practices and meditation.
I’m very peaceful and grounded human but also very energetic and I love to share it with others. I love spending time in nature. I love hiking, climbing, skiing and surfing. I’m very open minded and I love everything about spirituality.
I have been vegan for 5 years now and it really helped me learn how to cook. I love to make bread, pasta from scratch or anything sweet.
After high school I decided to travel and explore myself and the world around me. I lived in Greece for 2 months working with children. I traveled to Spain to Fuerteventura where I spent 4 months. I lived few months in a community in Tenerife. After vipassana meditation I was in Barcelona focusing on my art and then I was hitchhiking Spain with a girl I met there. I hitchhiked through Morocco and Portuga and spent some time in Italy and lived in Iceland.
I think there is so much we can learn from each other. There is so much beauty and magic in human beings and I want to share and learn more about it.
