Hello, my name is Héléna 🌞
I’m a curious, adventurous, and open-hearted woman from France, always eager to learn and connect with new people and cultures.

I’m 27 years old and currently on a journey of self-discovery and growth. I’ve been feeling called to explore spirituality, well-being, and more sustainable ways of living, and Asia seemed like the perfect place to dive deeper into these experiences.

I studied global design, sustainable innovation and circular economy, and I also created my own brand of upcycled clothes and accessories. I love giving new life to materials, creating with my hands, and using creativity to bring positive change. I am particularly interested in projects connected to sustainability, community empowerment, and living in harmony with Nature.

Beside that, I’m also a photographer and videographer. I enjoy capturing stories and atmospheres, and I can help you create visual content — whether it’s photos, videos for your social media.

I’m not afraid of hard work or trying new things. I’m sporty, resourceful, and I learn quickly. I also have good communication skills, I enjoy teamwork, and I like to bring good energy and motivation wherever I go.

I really love the Workaway concept because it’s all about exchange: I will bring my help, energy, creativity, and good mood, and in return I look forward to learning from you, sharing life experiences, and immersing myself in your culture.

As for my lifestyle, I care about well-being and balance. I try to live in a simple and healthy way—doing sports (surfing, hiking, yoga), eating nourishing food, and taking care of both body and mind. I’m on a path to live more consciously, with authenticity, kindness, and joy.
