Description
Greetings from Estonia,
We are a family of 4 ( dad 41, mum 42, boys 7,5&8,5yrs old) that is Nature and Sun-loving.
We are hard-working, but at the same time fun, well-balanced people. We enjoy travelling, meeting people from different cultural backgrounds and learning about their way of life and also sharing our own knowledge and experience in farmstay life,gardening, household work, maintenance and DIY projects. We are responsible in all aspects (work, cleanliness, attention to surroundings, environment, other people etc.). Undoubtedly our future Workaway exchanges will be mutually beneficial both for us and the Hosts. We are ready for upcoming Workaway experiences from mid September 2026 onwards, both shorter and longer (up to month in case of mutual compatibility) period stays and offers are welcome.
p.s each of our families have country-houses ourselves, where we go to on every possible free moment off work. Our most recent professions were moving services/truck driver(Margus) (also part-time velo-courier for food orders) and hotel receptionist-concierge, warehouse worker, different auxiliary positions on Goworabit platvorm (Heili).
Our hobbies include hiking, gardening, bicycle-riding, music, spending quality time with kids.
Heili especially enjoys weeding,garden work, but puts her effort and soul into every task given:) Same goes for Margus and he is also vett skillful handyman anda has lots If out of the box idea and solutions:)
By the way, we are not completely newcomers to workaway-we had our frist taste of voluntary work back in 2017 before the our kids were born, in various locations in Portugal. Now its time to bring our offspring to a similar trip. Our boys are also responsible, have developed significant work culture are smart and eager to help around the projects (they have had quite some experience already by our own farmhouse) as well as playing as still small children, keeping company and communicating with host family´s children :) -
