Hello lovely hosts, my name is Heike and I love to connect with people from all over the world in different places. It's nice to share experiences together and learn from the energy of other people and nature.
I love making music as I play some instruments and I also love having kids around me. Currently, I work as a teacher but I also worked for a while in a kindergarten.
When I'm at home, I live with the family of my sister in a big old house with a huge garden. So there is always a lot of work to do :)
My absolutely happy place is in the mountains and next to the ocean. This is where I feel most alive and I feel like every heart opens up. That why I'm super excited to visit Madeira and get to know the spirit of the island!

I have a lot of experiences with kids as I studied educational science and worked a lot with them and I live with my nephew who is nearly two years old.
I love cooking and experiment with new dishes.
I'm not a perfect gardener but I learnt some skills from my mom even though I never had my own garden. But I would absolutely love to improve my skills :)
Since we just started to renovate the house I'm living in, I begin to develop skills in that field. But to be honest, I'm still an absolutely beginner. Learning day by day...
