Hello Workaway community,

My name is Hannah - I'm Scottish/Mexican (grew up in Scotland & mum is from Mexico).

This is my first time backpacking solo, have been loving it so far!

Passionate about people, languages and culture. In my free time I enjoy reading, writing, cooking and practising yoga.

As a nature and wildlife lover, I'm eager to contribute to projects which protect our planet. With my hospitality experience and love for people/languages, would also love to help with any space which would host people.

Growing up in a mixed race household, my mother raised me bi-lingual Spanish/English speaking and we visit Mexico every year.

As a language enthusiast, I'm also fluent in German and French (studied these languages at university and lived in France for 5 years, Germany for 1 year).

Have worked in hospitality jobs for 7 years (to help fund my studies), was an English teacher in Germany during my Erasmus year and most recently was working in sales - the last 5 years- at a Tech company .

At the tech company, myself and 2 other women ran a women's activist group which supported women with their careers. I was in charge of their training and development.

I've also worked on several creative projects and have basic level efficiencies in Photoshop, Canva and in my sales rule we used Google's stack & several other business tools.
