  • Description

I love life and find joy in the small things such as taking a peaceful walk, having a fun sticker, sipping on coffee or tea, or having conversations with people. This appreciation for life fuels my curiosity, and I’m always eager to learn and experience new things. As a result, I have knowledge of many subjects, which allows me to connect with different cultures and people.
I'm interested in Japanese philosophy, art, and literature, and I’m eager to learn more about their social structures. I also want to immerse myself in Hayao Miyazaki’s world, experiencing his country and culture firsthand. Specifically, I want to draw while travelling Japan.
I live in Gökçeada/Çanakkale which is the biggest island of Turkey. The island is a rural and touristic. Thus, I have hands-on experience with agricultural work and DIY projects, making me adaptable and ready to help in various environments. Whether it's tending to plants or fixing things around the house, I’m happy to dive into new tasks and work hard.
Yoga is an important part of my life, and I strive to integrate its philosophy into my daily routines. My hobbies are sewing and drawing, painting. Also, I love stories. I enjoy listening to, reading, and watching , in particular cartoons and animes, them.
    I'm familiar with international ortam
I participated an Erasmus Project. I studied one semester in Spain. I travel a lot in that time
I have participated in two volunteer projects that workawayers can join, alongside university initiatives. One was with TaTuTa (WWOOF Turkey), where I helped a farmer with a fruit forest, gaining valuable agricultural experience. The other was with the Little Prince Academy in Cappadocia, where I assisted in organizing activities for individuals with special needs. These experiences have shown me that the best way to truly immerse myself in a culture is by being a workawayer—helping in meaningful ways while learning from those around me.

  • More details about your skills

I am passionate about art and have experience with both watercolor and oil painting, working at an A2 level. Additionally, I am studying graphic arts through distance education as a freshman. I’m always looking to improve and am able to create works that are similar to what I see, with a strong attention to detail and a desire to learn more.
In addition to my artistic abilities, I have practical skills as well. I can sew basic items like wallets, sweatpants, and t-shirts, and am excited to continue learning and expanding my sewing skills.
I also come from a family with agricultural land, and I’ve had hands-on experience working as a volunteer on the farm. This has given me a solid understanding of agricultural work. While I’m not a specialist, I’m a fast learner and always give my best effort.
At home, I take on a variety of responsibilities, from cooking to regular chores. For example, I don’t buy bread – I bake it myself on a regular basis, and I even maintain my own sourdough starter! This DIY approach extends to many areas of my life, including several DIY projects I’ve completed. I’ve painted my bedroom walls, built an easel, created a key holder and jewelry rack, and even made a wooden couch. I am resourceful, creative, and enjoy hands-on work.
Moreover, I take pride in being self-sufficient and independent. I even cut my own hair! I believe that self-reliance and the willingness to learn are key qualities that I bring to every project.
