Hello dear people of workaway (:

My Name is Lena and I am a 30-year-old from northern Germany.

As long as I can remember, I've always enjoyed doing crafty and creative tasks the most.

I have spent a lot of time in my childhood and teenage years helping with various types of craft work on construction sites and in similar environments. That way I have acquired a solid background with a diversity of materials and different craftsmanship’s.

So, I would claim to be good working with my hands. And I absolutely don`t mind if they get muddy (:

My biggest strengths are my ability to solve problems in a creative and simple way, giving a hand wherever it`s needed, being curious and getting involved in a variety of projects, whether they are practical, creative or hands-on.

Workaway is new to me but I am excited to try it!

I think that you learn so much more about yourself and also grow as a person through those experiences. Therefore, I would be happy to try myself in different fields that are yet unknown to me.

I’m tidy, a quick learner, self-reliant, reliable and respectful of everyone's space and I think having clear, flowy & friendly communication is important, while spending time with others or even living together for a while.

It is also important to me to aim for harmonious interactions. I value community and have been told that I am a good listener, but I also enjoy spending my downtime alone, working on my own projects.

People that surround me have described myself as a calm and kind person with a grounding personality, who always had a great interest in the welfare of animals of any kind. 🐾

I am a trained art therapist/art pedagogue (9 Years experience) who is currently living with two lovely little furry creatures named Neo and Frodo in a 6-wheel house, a 44-year-old campervan.

I try every day to find a way to live in this world on my own terms, without disturbing anybody too much & to live a lifestyle that is somehow meaningful to me and more according to nature.

What else ...

I have an international driver license (outside the EU) and I am able to travel around Europe with my Caravan ( C1 license).

While I am in Germany I live inside of it most of the year with my two fluffy companions

The two of them have a secured outdoor enclosure that they can use when I am around or the external circumstances allow to.

So please don't worry about them roaming free around your home or on the grounds of other animals!

Note: I take daily walks with both of them so that they can be more active and get the outer stimulation they need.
Let's talk about the possibility when and where this is possible (when it could cause any issues!).
I am positive that we will reach a good solution for everyone on this matter (:

My two fluffy boys are at the age of 7 years, they are very calm by nature, neutered and always receive the necessary vaccinations for traveling abroad.
