  • More details about your skills

We are an Italian couple with over 15 years of experience in organic farming, agritourism hospitality, and short supply chain enhancement (farm-to-table).

Having owned and managed two organic farms in Salento, our expertise covers every aspect of multi-functional farm management:

    • He: Specializes in agricultural field work, general maintenance, and managing the farm's food processing facility.

    • She: Specializes in farm-to-table catering, Food & Beverage management, and operating a farm food truck for direct sales and events.

We are also certified Educational Farm Operators (Masseria Didattica) and founded/led a social farming project dedicated to children and young adults on the autism spectrum. This experience has endowed us with strong empathy, group management skills, hands-on teaching abilities, and a deep focus on social inclusion.

We are exclusively seeking paid positions in organic farms, agritourisms, hospitality venues, or social/cultural projects where we can put our comprehensive 360° skills to work, bringing immediate, tangible value from day one.
