Description
Hi, I'm Gaelle, a 24-year old recent graduate currently doing work-holiday in Japan! I'm french, moved to Canada when I was 17, did research in Taiwan for a year, and then did a long trip to do Paris-Tokyo by train and ferry. I've worked in various area before: editing, teaching and tutoring (university, highschool, middle school and elementary, mainly in English, French, Chinese, and social sciences), restaurant (as kitchen-hand and waitress), and manutention. Ready to learn new skills and put all I have out there!

I am native French-speaker and fluent English-speaker (level C2, my university was entirely in English), and would be able to teach that. I'm also conversational in Chinese. I have experience in teaching all three languages. My aim this year is to get good at Japanese.

I'm attentive and dedicated. I graduated from a master in anthropology in Canada, during which I got fluent in English and in Mandarin, and gained a lot of teaching experience.
I have worked in the kitchens of a restaurant, at an auction house, as a teacher at various levels, and at the welcoming of tourists in museums and theatres. I can maintain a good schedule and am not scared of working in my feet.
I'm also creative and can make good enough drawings and paintings (see some photos in my profile, they're a bit blurry since I don't have the originals). I'm a decent writer and editor.

I am interested in about everything. I love teaching, but also would love to get hand on experience in areas like farming, woodworking, basic house repairs, etc. Regarding those latter, I don't know much but I'm committed to learn.
