  • Description

Caretaker, gardener, animal groomer, organizer, house-painter, bookkeeper, auditor, editor, wordsmith. I enjoy making things more logical, efficient and beautiful; whether it's a yard, garden, closet, garage, dirty dog or farm animal, attic or business plan. My favorite hobbies involve gardening, animal care, organizing spaces and renovating. I love making a difference and spending a quiet evening with a book. Give me an improvement project and I will be happy.

  • What else ...

I'm an experienced caretaker (house, gardens, elders) and a happy worker bee, whether alone or in tandem. Annual projects include beach cleanups on Cozumel - installing trash bins along a quiet stretch of the island; a surprise driveway /walkway face-lifts for friends - (removing 30 large bags of tree debris and spreading three tons of gravel); prepping & seeding beds and harvesting veggies on a 20-acre organic farm in New Mexico; creating a 1/4-mile historic garden featuring medicinal plants from Europe brought to New England between 1600 and 1950; organizing/clearing out an empty nester's unused rooms of long-forgotten family belongings; helping an elderly Parkinson's /Dementia client with minimizing and organizing. I have my own car and travel with a small, well-behaved, clean, quiet older dog who gets along with everyone and everything. Pictures included here.
