ABOUT ME
I’m a 32-year-old Italian living in Brussels for the past four years. After a while I decided to take a break from city life and travel across Asia. I love good food, staying active and I’m learning to surf. I really enjoy meeting people from all over the world and sharing stories. My friends would probably describe me as upbeat, easygoing and rarely in a bad mood. I’ll admit, I can be a bit touchy sometimes I guess it’s part of my Mediterranean touch!
MY JOURNEY SO FAR
Since September I’ve been drifting across Asia with no fixed plan (in fact my plan is to have no plan). I kicked things off on Malaysia’s west coast, then spent a short but intense week in Bangkok, next Singapore and now I’m exploring Indonesia. Along the way I’ve been immersing myself in new cultures, practicing yoga and meditation, meeting a wide variety of people, and yes this journey has been immensely enriching on a personal level.
WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR ON WORKAWAY
I’d love to join a meaningful project somewhere in Asia, ideally one that supports local communities or focuses on the environment. For me, Workaway isn’t just about helping out, it’s about truly connecting with people and places. I want to contribute, learn and experience daily life from the inside, not just as a visitor.
WHY ME AS VOLUNTEER
I’m reliable, adaptable and genuinely curious about how people live around the world. I respect local traditions, love good teamwork and I’m not afraid of hard work. If you’re looking for someone who brings good energy and a real interest in cultural exchange, I’d be happy to join your project.

I’m fluent in English and Italian. For the past ten years I’ve worked in multinational companies, mainly in marketing, business development and project management. This experience taught me how to plan, organize and collaborate with people from different backgrounds — skills that I believe fit with Workaway projects, especially those focused on social or environmental impact.
I enjoy teamwork, problem solving and turning ideas into real results. I’m also flexible and quick to adapt, which helps when stepping into new environments or community projects.
In addition, I have experience in hospitality and accommodation management. I’m familiar with booking engines, guest communication and everything related to creating a welcoming and well-organized stay.
