Description
I bring a rare perspective to Workaway: I've spent the last three years as a host, not a guest:
I understand this exchange from both sides before I've even started traveling as a Workawayer myself.

At Belin Valley, Italy, I managed operations and supervised a lot of Workawayers across three years, becoming one of the top rated sites in the region.
I trained newcomers, coordinated with experienced builders, and kept every project moving with precision and care. Now I'm bringing that same depth of building experience and work ethic, and to the field as a Workawayer.
◻ What I've built and maintained:
- Structural work:
steps, terraces, fences, walls, enclosed spaces
- Custom furniture:
outdoor tables, benches, functional pieces
- Land systems:
drainage, ditches, underground tubing, pool installation
- Land care:
gardening, animal care, forest clearing and maintenance
◻ What I bring beyond the physical work:
- Team leadership:
I've guided groups from small teams to large crews, using an improv-based mindset that prioritizes active listening, collaboration, and reading group dynamics
- Skill-building:
trained inexperienced Workawayers in woodworking while learning from seasoned ones.
- Creative energy:
improv theater, music workshops, and collective jam sessions kept morale high and community strong. I play guitar, bass, and drums, sing, and improvise both music and scenes
- Visual storytelling:
I draw cartoons, adding an artistic layer to documentation, signage, or just team fun.

I work as a musician on cruise ships and as a cartoonist on land, and I'm now moving toward team development for businesses through improv theater and creative facilitation.
