Description
I am a hard working, food loving, want-to-learn everything and positive kind of person. I am a people person, but I can have a shy front at first. I warm up easily as soon as I get the place to do so. I'm really only afraid to step on someone's peace (yes, I am Canadian. I will say "sorry" often).
I love seeing things I never saw. I'm amazed by every sight of nature's creation, every cultural tradition and every "off-the-path" discovery. I am open minded. I am a creative thinker, but also creative, period. I was raised in a very hard-working and art-loving household. My deepest passion is food. I want to try everything, I want to learn how to cook new meals and I want to enjoy sharing them with others. I am also passionate about my own field of work, which is education sciences. I am a researcher in the educational field and a teacher. I love teaching, but I so prefer learning.

More details about your skills
First of all, I am a teacher and a researcher. I am specialized in teaching "coming of age and preparation to maternity" sciences, if we can say it that way (I love to talk about my memoir or other research works I did, you can ask me about it), but I love to teach in general. Sciences and arts are my main teaching experience, but I have the formation to teach french, english, math, etc. I am a fan of a lot of alternative or traditional educational theories and dabbed in some. Unschooling does not scare me if that's your thing. I am also a quick learner, so it can help at times.
I am a great amateur cook - I love to cook for myself, family and friends. I usualy get great comments on the meals I prepare, but it's still biased as I know their preferences and adjust in consequence. I can cook meals according to dietary restriction such as vegan, vegetarian, keto, gluten free or lactose free.
I drive, though I could be a little rusted on a manual transmission. I have basic skills in homesteading, farming, renovating (I had a hard-working family, as I said earlier in my profile) but I do not do much with them nowadays. I can sew and mend clothes. I am good with animals and understand their basic need. I have a beautiful, wonderful and well-educated Aussie.

What else ...
I am a mother of two. I often travel with them, but I sometimes travel alone of with my husband for short time commitment. My husband and kids do eat meat, but they are also used to vegetarian and pescetarian meals and would eat what's given.
I love sports (hiking, skiing, swimming, biking, some team sport, etc) so I am an active person who would love to move around. I also love to read any kind of book (lately, I've read "the invisible life of Addie Larue"V. Schwab and "If we were villans, Rio M.L.) and play boardgames. I do not watch much TV, but you can bribe me to watch if there is food and cultural insight happening.
