My name is Ellen-Rose. I'm a visual artist from rural Ireland, currently living in the Netherlands. I would describe myself as hardworking, easygoing, a good team player, with a 'whistle while I work' attitude. I have a deep love for the natural world, and an appreciation for the beauty of life. I am a TEFL certified teacher, with experience teaching children ages 8-16 in 1-1, 1-4 and larger classroom settings.
I also have experience in teaching arts and crafts to children, with printmaking, painting, sculpting and stop motion animation techniques.
I play guitar, piano and sing.
I have experience in the tourism industry, giving tours of Irish cities and nature to students from Italy, Spain, Saudi Arabia and the Netherlands.
I also have clerical experience, having worked as a receptionist in an art gallery where I dealt with the public, suppliers and artists’ telephone queries, artwork sales, bookings, ticketing, record taking, reporting, data collection etc. I was responsible for artwork and retail sales, including till operations, cash handling, paperwork, etc
