Description
Hi! I am Elisa, a very enthusiastic person, curious and always eager to learn.
I would enjoy life and people doing something that I have always wanted to do: help people, stay among different cultures, traditions and way of life, in order to learn more and more about this beautiful planet.
I am currently studying to take another bachelor degree in Anthtopology and I think this experience would be great and meaningfull for my studies, but above all for my personal life.
I have been teaching for almost 20 years: children, teenagers and adults, I helped them with their homeworks after school and now I want to put my effort to help children and people from other Countries.
I am very empathetic and sensitive... I am curious and I want to challenge myself in a new interesting and amazing adventure.Interests

More details about your skills
In my life I did several jobs: customer service, check-in agent at the airport, turist guide, teacher and communication manager. Important skills improved during the past years are the flexibility and adaptability to new work environment, new tasks and challenges that allow me to do my job with reliability and integrity. As a tourist guide and teacher I have improved my observational skills and my strong empathy has increased. I am able to think, project and organize a lesson with my students; I thaught both children and teenager, and as a volunteer I teach Art History to adults in the city where I live. I have also been a babysitter and homeschooled a girl in the past years. My natural curiosity for knowledge and human beings brought me in 2020 to a new personal goal: to obtain a second degree in Anthropology, which I am sure, is also a professional one. I am tenacious and determined, under pressure I am able to see more clearly the problem, stepping away and observing every detail in order to analyze it and find the better solution. I am an INFJ (mbti type) and for this reason I am able both to think and feel, creating a bond with my team mates, colleagues and manager in order to be a mediator and put not only my empathy, but also my critical and emotional thinking on the job. I build my relationship with empathy and respect towards others avoiding to impose myself and respecting differences of opinion and different ways of communications. Principally my role is the mediator and listener, but if what is discussed is in my range of knowledge I tend to expose my ideas in a very assertive, but polite and kind way. I am a “nerd” I live among tv series, comics, manga and videogames: I am able to put my creativity and dreams into my work, but always keeping both eyes into reality and the environment in which I work.
