Description
Hiya, my name is Dylan, I'm a university drop out turned nature guide. I am Nova Scotian, which means I am a southeast coast Canadian, who is trying to circumnavigate the globe for reason that I do not currently understand. After dropping out of university and becoming a wilderness guide in Nova Scotia I moved to New Zealand where I found similar work. I've enjoy the time I've had as a wilderness guide but I can feel that chapter of my life coming to an end. I would pick up guiding work if there was no better option but with the time I have left before returning to my studies in Nova Scotia I want to dedicate myself to my true passion, which is conservation. I connect well with others very easily, which I think is what makes me a very good guide, and I have a very wide range of skills and knowledge. Some people seem to enjoy my company ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ hopefully you will too

More details about your skills
I have some skills in manual labour which can be adapted to building, gardening, landscaping, construction, and creative projects.
My greatest skill is that I'm a quick learner and when I care about a project I approach it with a lot of passion and pride
My university study was in the field of Kinesiology (physical therapy) but my strongest base of knowledge is in ecology -

What else ...
In university I briefly experimented with standup comedy, which had mixed results. I make a brilliant carrot cake, along with other hearty meals and confections with the help of my grandmother's recipes. I feel very at home in the outdoors, even if my "home" for the night is nothing more than a hammock and a tarp.
